I've been hearing about this school voucher program that Obama is phasing out, how does this work, anyone know? It sounds like a good idea; let kids that live near a bad school, get a special pass to go to another school where they can learn something. How is this bad? I admit ignorance, I don't really know about it, so can anyone splain me dis.
