school cops

This year we got a new cop my friend already new him because his parents called the cops over the summer because he had a bag of salvia and that cop picked it up. The cop walks around the school in full uniform with buletproof vest everything and this is not a really violent school. A bunch of my friends have been busted by him because if he sees someone whose scratching their head he says its suspicious behavior and searches them. Then the cop thought one was a the dealer he was telling him if any of your friends get caught im coming after you because I know your the one selling to them and the princapal heard and told him he cant threaten people like that. Our old cop used to come in with a cop t-shirt on and was nice and didnt do random searches like all the time for no actual reason. One of my friends is going to stop doing drugs because of him and hes the one I get all my shit through. Now I have a few friends who dont use their locker and if I ever have anything we put it in there and if it gets searched there just gonna say they didnt use it and someone must have found the paper with the combo on it. idk im just getting really pissed off at this pig any of you have cops at school like this?

File a police report for an unwarranted search or seizure, even if he's hired by the school he still has to follow the rules. He can't force you to hand over your bag without an administrator's direct consent if you don't let him search it.

ya they do need to follow them. But rules in school are also different basically you have to give up all your rights in order to go to school.

 

I havent been searched yet but I know it will happen and I'm not going to consent to any search so basically hes found a group of "stoners" and hes trying to bust all of us.

Seriously, leave your shit at home. And a school cop can't just search you for no reason at all, besides, what are they going to do if you don't surrender the backpack, use force? I'd hate to be the cop who used force on a kid for no reason and didn't come up with anything. I'd hate even more to be the cop who uses force every day and comes up with nothing.

But if he searches you once or twice and you come up clean then chances are you're not going to get searched every day. Seriously, it's the first 2 weeks of school, he can't keep that shit up all year, not to one small group of kids at least.

 

its not hard for a cop to say he had probable cause and if you dont surrender the backpack thats insboardination. That right there is grounds for suspension.

 

I hope thats what it is yea I son't bring anything to school unless I'm getting anything at school which isn't very often especially since I'm having trouble finding someone who won't rip me off since the one I usually get from is on probation for the next 2 months.

 

exactly, bringing drugs to any school is way too risky. You never know when they are ganna randomly bring dogs in or somthing like that.

 

Eassssy, do something he would call suspicious, that most would think is not and get him to search you and find nothing. The complain that you were embarrased infront of your peers and are being labled as a drugie and a bad kid and sue the schoolboard/police department. You will either get a big chunk of change or in the least they will move him to another job and find a new cop.

 

our school cop is officer craig. hes actually a pretty cool guy. he caught me and my friend smoking a cig at lunch on school grounds and he didnt do anything except make us put them out. didnt even search us. and our hall monitor ian is the coolest guy ever. i used to smoke bowls with him after school all the time. ive gotten him bags before too.

Okay, you can either....

A. do something suspicious when you have nothing on you, when he wants to search you, tell him you want a parent or lawyer present, you can decide. When they go through all the trouble and come up with nothing, it probably won't happen again.

B. Go up to him and tell him that he won't get anywhere with empty threats because you know your legal rights and are informing everyone you know about them so nobody can get screwed over by the legal system/school again.
