Scariest sci-fi creatures

    I'd go for flukeman from X-files or the Cybermen from the original Doctor Who. The cybermen are incredibly menacing, even in their 60s costumes the way they didn't move their mouths when they talked and their facial expression.

    ^ definitely the scariest sci-fi creature in any film.

    I think Hector Hammond from Green Lantern is really fucking creepy though..

    Not quite sci-fi but great choice!
    He was really creepy to me when I was little, but if the warrior kid could beat him, so could I =D

    What the fuck was that kid's name? The horse was Atreyu..

    For it’s time the Gremlin in Terror at 20,000 feet was pretty scary although the updated 1983 version was even more terrifying :2thumbsup:
