i recently noticed this nick on that skin covered tube that runs all the way from your shaft to your head. when i mean nick i mean smaller then a cut but bigg enough to be significant. the nick is somewhere along the connection of the skin coving the penis to the lips of your head. it does not hurt but sometimes when i piss it stings. when i jack off i feel tension on that part of my penis. im scared shitless guys ,,,what's wrong with my dick?!?!?!?! i think i got it when i was humping my girlfriend during an intimate session, the outer skin unravelled leaving my head exposed to my jeans. please i need help any idea what it is or how to fix it,,,,and how long will it take to heal ive had it since about middle of march.
If it's only a scratch, then put some lotion on it, and don't yank on it for two days. You'll be fine. You'll find your penis to be quite resilient. It will take a severe beating and still come back to fight another day. If it isn't better after two or three days, it's time to make an appointment.
Are you saying you have a extra piece of foreskin tear? underneath your penis where it joins to your leak hole? Is it a scratch thats common on other areas of skin not just a penis wound? Like a paper cut, cat scratch ect.. Antibiotic ointment, and or a moisture lock, if its not infected you could heal it with super glue to protect it from the outside while it heals inside.
Sometimes when stretched a lot, the skin at the place where the foreskin joins the shaft skin gets like a "stretch mark", a slight parting of the skin. I had this when I first got married from too active sex, and not enough lubrication. You can use an antibiotic cream on it, and try to avoid sex and masturbation until it heals. If it continues, see your doctor. At your age, you are embarrassed to consult an adult about sexual problems, but believe me, your doctor has seen it all and will be sympathetic.

Assuming it's the same thing I had a touch of the same thing a few weeks ago - it's not unusual - especially at this time of year, when Spring always gets me hornier than at any other time. Excessive masturbation can cause a strain on the tip of the foreskin from continual stretching over the glans, and regularly getting moist, then dry, then moist then dry again can cause minor cracking of the skin. Although this cracking is very minor - virtually invisible to the naked eye, except maybe as a reddened area around the vicinity, it can be quite painful - especially when something sterile, such as urine (yes, urine is sterile) comes in contact with it. It's not an uncommon problem & the way I dealt with it was in the same way as I have dealt with it before, is by the frequent application of an antiseptic lotion, such as Germolene. Not only does this avoid infection, but it keeps the skin moist, and most standard First Aid antiseptic creams of this sort also contain a mild local anaesthetic that not only stops it from stinging on contact, but soothes the area in general. Of course, the other part of the treatment, which is the most difficult is that of your own will power, which is to give it as much chance to heal as possible - IE little or no masturbation / sex. If you feel you must masturbate, it can help if you use a condom as it gives the skin a bit of additional support & prevents the crack from reopening. If things are no better within the week, then definitely see your family GP.
I agree the penis skin does heal faster than other areas, ans Id hold off on the glue as well unless the cut was reopening to much.
