I took 10 mg. of oxycodone 9 hrs. ago and 200 mg. of tramadol 6hrs ago. Ever since I took the tramadol I haven't been able to piss. Is this dangerous? How long is it safe to go without pissing? I have drank a pretty normal amount of liquids today but I have only gone once. How do I make myself piss? Any advice? Is this a side effect of the tramadol?
i am pretty sure it's normal. and i wouldn't be too worried. if you're really freaked out you could buy some water retention pills...
yeah but thn you can't help but piss everywhere, which is a big problem with opiates cuz then you also have no idea when you start going... Messy. Just wait it out, Tramadol loves to keep your piss... Dirty thief.
water retention makes you NOT piss...don't buy those. But yeah, as Twizz says, wait it out. I posted a reply in your other thread to the effect of: try a heating pad - the heat can help you move the liquid sometimes.
i mean, pills to stop water retention what're they called... diuretics? sorry haha yeah don't take pills that make you retain water.
diuretics, yeah, haha. i'm on pretnisone to try to suppress the disease that is eating away at my joints, and they make you retain extra water and you swell up like a marshmellow! by the way, to the OP I've had to piss and not been able to because of opiates for a solid 12 hours, and I was fine eventually. -V
