Samsung Hikes Chip Production Prices: GPUs, SoCs Set to Get More Expensive

This is the other shoe I was waiting to drop. First crypto currency drove gpu prices through the roof, then the embargo with China forced the entire industry to shuffle and even move to a different country at times, with the result that tiny South Korea sudden found new friends to play with, and they bent over backwards to acquire new customers, but now prices are about to go up again. The demand for electronics is simply outpacing all the estimates, and only shows signs of getting worse.

What we require is an entirely different technology, but it could be another decade.
