It is possible at high temperatures but i am not sure that a lightbulb vape would work for it as you cant really control the temperature. I would recommend that you try the chewing method as that doesnt require smoking it.

smoked salvia products carry liquid salvinorin in the airstream.
the lungs absorb those particles (tiny droplets) nicely.

unless you have a lab, you will be unable to focus adequate heat onto any salvia product to vaporize salvinorin and not vaporize your lips mouth and lungs.

    do not bother trying.

quids are best made with fresh leaves, if you must quid (I do not know why you must) and you have dry leaf products, put them in teabags, wet them with something alcoholic and chew them (try not to break the bags)

expect 1/40th of the potency but 6 times the duration of effect from quid. - wasteful.

boiled tea is an option for quidders. you can remove and redry the leaves and smoke them later or extract them later as only 25% of the salvinorin will get into the water if you really stir while boiling. drinking this tea (suspension or emulsion) fairly quickly will be much more satisfying than quid, and the left over leaf is not disgusting to smoke or extract.
