sadly, i find out what's going on in the world through RT

i never listen to the radio. i don't get the newspaper. i don't read the news online. i don't have tv.

that means i rely on you guys to timely and accurately report the most interesting things going on in the world!

i like seeing the world through the lense of random thoughts... much more interesting that way.

this reminds me... i've decided i no longer want to hear about or discuss politics anymore. i know who i'm voting for, no one's changing my mind on it, and i just am so tired of the bullshit conspiracy theorists and anti government politics hating mofos. it is great not to have tv, or newspapers, or radio... i barely have internet anymore (which DOES suck, because internet is my one connection to the world!!!). but i realized, when i found out about the hurricane situations going on back east, that unless it were for random thoughts, i would have no idea. new orleans could be demolished and i wouldn't have a clue. i found that interesting.

Yeah, I don't really know anything about current events either. No tv, news websites, radio news, none of that. I know shit is fucked, I don't care to hear about it. If/when things start getting better, maybe then I will care about watching the news or something.
some people think i'm living closed off in my own little world, but it's not like that at all. I mean, it sort of is, but i know the basics of what's going on in the world (corruption), and I don't really care to hear about it all the time. nothing is going to change if I do.
