I'm reading Running With Scissors by Augusten Burroughs and man, its fucked up. Some of the things that go on in it are just wrong. Its a fuckin funny read though and i highly reccomend it.
I'm a little wigged out how familiar the weirdness of this this book is to me. I mean many aspect of it remind me of my own childhood. It's almost frightening at times to think how "normal" everything was back then. The innocence, the freedom, the ignorance, the absolute bliss... When did reality set in?
Yeah I liked that book too; so crazy it's good. My mother was totally werided out by it, but then she would be.
I just bought this book on ebay and i cannot wait to get it..i just finished Dry and it was soooooo good...Augusten is an awesome writer...
I heard they are making a movie of it... can't even begin to imagine what that'll be like? Should be interesting to say the least.
I cant even imagine a movie of some of this stuff...sheesh...i love it tho im halfway thru it and cant put it down when i have a spare moment...which is like never but still...im getting there...
