The link above will take you directly to the event page. This seems to be a HUGE event for people who live part-time or full-time in a vehicle and seems even tents. They offer free classes in the mornings, the event itself is free too. It's hosted at Quartzite, AZ, where they also have a $180 camping permit valid from September to mid April (you can stay that ENTIRE TIME)

The downside is that it's completely boondocking--- no power, no sewege, no water, and NO LOCAL WOOD COLLECTION/BURNING!!!
