Dennis Kucinich is my hero. I met him a few weeks ago! Well, sort of. I saw him speak, so I was in the same room. He was shorter than I expected
I had seriously considered supporting Perot when he ran in 1992 as I thought he'd be a better choice than either Bush or Clinton. When I heard that he tended to rule his companies with an iron hand, I realized that this wasn't the man that I would want to see in office. In addition, I would find out afterward that he was pro drug war, and believed in other encroachments on certain liberties. Because of this disenfranchisement, I became a supporter of the Libertarian party.
The problem with Perot was he was all talk. Everything he said sounded great. However, he was a fraud. He stepped in to pull away and confuse voters, then droped out. All talk.
