If you post photos straight from your phone they're always sideways unless you edit them. The quicker way for me is to crop the photograph slightly, like a corner or a edge and then save. For whatever reason, the saved copy always comes out normal online. I've have this exact problem on iPhone and now my Samsung galaxy. But it is only for the photos you take with your phone.
