Well, not really. It's just from the Sin City DVD.

    SIN CITY BREAKFAST TACOS!!!!

First order: Home Made Taco Shells!

    Ingredients:
2 Cups of All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp. of Salt and Baking Powder (NOT SODA)
    1/4 Cup of butter

Mix all ingredients into an electric, mixing, dealy. The name eludes me at the time. Make sure the butter is well seperated before mixing. Then, mash a little frappe action into the batter and mix until the flour is well mixed with the butter. It should be dry, but somewhat viscous. Next, take 3/4 a cup of water and mix it into the batter. Make sure it's thick and gooey, but not as much of a slime as a batter. Knead the dough to desired texture and rip off and roll somewhere close to 6 or 8 balls, depending on how you like it. Take a cloth damp in WARM water, cover the dough balls and let sit fer 20 mins.

Now, for the egg part. If you know your eggs and what you like, then this is pretty muh in your own hands. This however, is my own personal recipe for this particular dish.

    Ingredients:
    3 whole eggs
    1 Whole potato
    Canola/Vegie oil
    Three Jalapeno Peppers
1/3 cup of Monterary Jack Cheese (shredded)
    Salt and pepper
    3 table spoons of Tequila

Next up, take your skinned potato and slice it into tiny cubes. Do the same with your peppers. Add enough canola oil into a frying pan so that it covers the surface. Heat on medium and add your potatoes and peppers. Fry em until their light and brown. If you like em crispy, go ahead. Reduce heat and mix your eggs up as if you were making and omelette. Add the Tequila, Salt and Pepper, and half of the cheese to the mixed eggs. Now pour the eggs onto the peppers and potatos in the pan. Put the heat on medium and occasionaly stir it. With this out of the way, your tortilla bread should be ready to make.

Take a skillet or non stick pan and heat on medium. Now, take them little golf ball dough pieces and flatten em to disc shaped pieces with your hand. Next, take a dough roller and roll the pieces out as flat as possible, without ruining them. By now, your skillet should be hot. Put the dough on the skillet. If the batter was made correctly, the dough should start forming bubbles during the first minute. Heat the tortillas for 1 minute on each side, for a taco platter when complete and enjoy.
