    Marlon Brando, Prety good actor.
    Prety good Hippie.
Lived life to his own standards.
The only measure of a Hippie in my book.
Liked his stand on Indian rights

Gotta say the guy was amazing. He was one of the best actors of the 20th century. On the Waterfront, The Godfather, Apocolyspe Now, some of the best movies.

    Rest in Peace Marlon

Rick James. Not as Hippie as Sly for sure, but brought "Funk" to a new level.

I was totally in love with Marlon! He was so beautiful, in every way possible. And I really loved that he was bordering on insanity.... I miss you, Marlon! :(

Before Marlon Brando, and after Marlon Brando, is how many describe the art of acting in america.

Who today has the kind of charisma that could bring to life on screen a Stanley Kowalski, "Hey Stella"!!!!

Try to imagine anyone today self-realizing the tragedy of Terry Malloy, "I could of been a contender. Instead of a bum. which is what I am."

There are many fine actors today, but not one of them could ever be what Marlon Brando was.

Rick James? A crack head wife beating rapist? No thanks, not much of a loss, IMO.

My favorite Marlon Brando is in The Wild One

Girl: What are you rebelling against?

    Johnny: Whaddya got?

I friggin love that part! The whole movie is absolute riot. Brando say next to nothing and just acts cool as can be. He's great!

Guess you would think the Ramons were anti Hippie, seems the Punk sean was our kids reaction.
But the Ramones had the sperit of life, irevrence and sinsrity that can oly come from being a Hippie somewhere in your heart.
