Clapton and BB King's album, Riding with the King, is awesome. Key to the Highway is one of the coolest blues songs I've ever heard. Just been listening to it a lot lately, anybody else got opinions?
this actually get hi=rotation radio play on my local station (KQMT- it also net streams, check it out) Key is one of my faves as I luckily have never heard a bad bar band butcher it and I have heard Arlo G do it well.
its an amazing album! my parents are huge clapton fans and i found it in their cd collections. i loved it.
this is a good cd although some of the songs i don't prefer...key to the highway is definitely great though.
Seen BB live, too. Damn, that's alot of soul/power coming from one man... and his nephew is in his backing band.
Yeah i love that album too, and that all cam about, started out with the Track Clapton & King did called Rock me baby, wich i don't think is on the album, but i love that track! got a great beat under it, and Blackie and lucille battling at the end. just wonderfull. check that out!
This is a great album. The playing is wonderful, although the production is a little poppy for my taste...
