    So I've been loving the guy I'm seeing because he communicates everything. He recently told me I'm too gentle and need to ride him harder, in his words "try to pleasure myself more" when I'm on top. I didn't realize I was being slow but maybe to his liking I was. I love when he goes fast but I find it harder doing it when I ride him, like when he's lying down and I'm on top. But I found it really hard to do it while he's sitting on the couch and I'll be kneeling or sort of squatting with my back towards him riding him (legs die out on me). Anyways... can someone enlighten me more on how to ride a guy more.... "intensely"?

    At least this is an easy diagnosed problem and solution compared to some other issues people ask for help with here.

    And while you're doing leg exercise routines, might as well through in some kegel exercise routines in there too to give him a nice surprise.

    You might very well be in good physical condition but that is a specific muscle set you are using there.
    Reverse cowgirl on a couch has a high degree of difficulty. Standard on top with him laying down is easier.

    Also when he said " try to pleasure yourself more" he means just that. Don't overly wonder about how good it is for him. Just fuck that cock 'til your brain melts. Another's pleasure is the best turn on anyway.

    I find it easier if he puts a pillow under his butt. I find it easier if he holds my hips or waist. I prefer grinding, but if he prefers that I go up and down, I adjust myself until I'm relatively comfortable, leaning as far foward as the shape of his cock will allow without slipping out once I start moving, and I use my back and hip muscles. I won't be moving very far, but I can move fast and hard like that. Think belly dancing.

    Tipping your pelvis is one way of moving the penis within the vagina that doesn't involve using the leg muscles.

    Similar to strumming a guitar from the wrist vs. from the elbow vs. the shoulder, the less of your body that is moved, the faster and longer the motion can be sustained.

    Exactly. Put your back into it, allowing your pelvis better range of motion, just like in belly dancing. You don't move far at all, which is why you can go really fast, really hard, and for a longer time, but because of the angles, the small bodily movement actually creates a huge difference in vaginal positioning, resulting in fast, long, hard strokes. Gotta put your back into it. If you can't, it is time for yoga, pilates, and crunches.
