Eliminate sugar and grains from your diet.
Get plenty of animal-based omega-3 fats from fish or krill oil.
    Exercise regularly.
Make sure you're getting enough vitamin D.
Incorporating raw foods into your diet has been found to help people with RA.
    Lay off the Marbs.

Look into inflammation-free diets. Temporarily it may help and also you might want to avoid highly inflammatory foods long-term. If you want one, I've written one up with meal plans, recipes, etc. There is also a book, though I haven't read it.

Avoiding gluten and dairy have been found to cause less flare ups in autoimmune diseases like R.A
Also if you want a non inflammatory food diet list try the Candida Diet. No caffiene, refined sugar and alcohol those are BIG factors for inflammation in the body.

Also try regular massage therapy as it's been proven to be very beneficial in treating the pain symptoms as well as relaxation.
