Republican reading of U.S. Constitution interrupted...

Just as Rep. Frank Pallone, D-N.J., was reading "no person, except a natural-born citizen, or a citizen of the United States" is eligible for the presidency, a woman in the visitor's gallery yelled out that it did not apply to President Barack Obama.

I'm going to show my ignorance here, but I'm sure you guys will educate me:

Even if Obama was born in Kenya as the so-called "birthers" believe, what difference does it make so long as his mother was a U.S. citizen? Wouldn't he still be a natural-born citizen? Does this mean that my brother, who was born in Germany of U.S. citizens, could never hope to be president, precluded by the fact that my mother was in Germany when he insisted on being born?

 

I believe you have to be born on US soil or one of it's territories.

P.S. Why is everyone so anti republican on here? Republicans have done some great things.

Actually it does not apply because there is no government in the United States. Read below if you're not afraid of a little education.

The District of Columbia Organic Act of 1871 created a private corporation (hereinafter “Corp. U.S.”, Trademark name, “United States Government”) owned and operated by the actual government for the purpose of carrying out the business needs of the government under martial law. This was done under the constitutional authority for Congress to pass any law within the ten mile square of Washington, District of Columbia.

Next 1913 Corp. U.S., through Congress, adopts (as if ratified) its 17th amendment. This amendment is not only not ratified, it is not constitutional; the nation's Constitution forbids Congress from even discussing the matter of where Senators are elected, which is the subject matter of this amendment. According to the United States Supreme Court, for Congress to propose such an amendment they would first have to pass an amendment that gave them the authority to discuss the matter.

Accordingly, in 1914, the Freshman class and all Senators that successfully ran for reelection in 1913 by popular vote were seated in Corp. U.S. Senate capacity only; their respective seats from their States remained vacant because neither the State Senates nor the State Governors appointed new Senators to replace them as is still required by the national Constitution for placement of a national Senator.

In 1918, President Wilson is reelected by the Electoral College but their election is required to be confirmed by the constitutionally set Senate; where the new Corp. U.S. only Senators were allowed to participate in the Electoral College vote confirmation the only authority that could possibly have been used for electoral confirmation was corporate only. Therefore, President Wilson was not confirmed into office for his second term as President of the United States of America and was only seated in the Corp. U.S. Presidential capacity. Therefore the original jurisdiction government's seats were vacated because the people didn't seat any original jurisdiction government officers.

Therefore, Obama does not have to be a natural born citizen to be president. He is not president of the government of the United States but is president of Corp USA. Interestingly, the government of the United States went bankrupt in 1933 and as such cease to exist. Then in 1944, under the Bretton Woods Agreement, Corp. U.S. is quit claimed to the International Monetary Fund, and becomes a foreign controlled private corporation.

I believe if you're not born in the US(which would automatically make you a citizen), both parents have to be US citizens. I'm not sure if Obama's father was a citizen or not. I find it laughable that there are still birthers.

 

Well he's the president now so who cares. Not going to kick him out for that. But in all honesty his nationality is a little unclear. I really thought he would have been assassinated by now. I guess they are catching all the crazies before they can do anything these days.

Birther: According to U.S. Law, to be President of the U.S.A. you need to be a natural born citizen. Obama was not,,, or there is at least a great deal of controversy over the issue of where he was born.

But to be fair, iir it is also unlawful for the Director of the C.I.A. (Or something to that effect,,, someone please clarify.) to take the Presidential role. George Bush Sr. kinda broke that one. Tit for tat in my book really.

In any event, it's a corrupted system, unfixable, fubar, cancerous upon our nation. Time to let it fail folks.

Stop paying taxes, get fired, get on Public Aid and drain their coffers. :2thumbsup:

You can't be both president and an employee(which includes head) of the CIA at the same time since they're both government positions, but there's nothing stopping an ex CIA director from being president.

On topic, it sounds to me as though that interruption was a false flag move. No one in support of obama actually thinks that. Few people NOT in support of him actually believe the birther stupidity.

 

Obama has provided the proper documentation to the proper authorities to ensure that he is a born citizen.
There's only some government officials in Hawaii that would have the proper ability to determine that he is not a citizen.

Obama is President of the UNITED STATES FEDERAL CORPORATION.

It's a trading corporation, just like the East India Tea Company.

The 'Government', spelled with a capital 'G' because it has it's own definition, exists for the 'electors', the people who vote away their own self-governance in favour of being treated like children or wards or insane or otherwise incompetent. Just-like people who are unable to make their own trade, so they become employees. It's that simple. One does not have a lot of choices in that system, while claiming to be a 'voter' or 'citizen' or 'member of the public' (yech).

It's their Constitution, they can do what they want with it.

Your true, equitable and substantive rights are inborn, they never go away, and everything you do is a right, up to the tip of some other guy's nose. Their Constitution merely enumerates some of those rights. And some people's assertion that 'rights' can be 'taken away', is merely mental hocus-pocus: only benefits can be taken away. And this is what the public calls 'rights', it's really a right-of-action.

SOME people, who owned the colonial corporations, formed a new federal government - as the king of england was felt not to be honouring his trust with them, through the principals of the english/british constitution. At the time of 1776, we could have been claiming to be 'british subjects', i.e. 'british citizens' or 'citizens of the crown' instead of 'U.S. Citizens'. Really the same s&/t. (Citizen means 'people who live within the city' btw). In this case, the 'City of London'/'Crown Corporation'...

Do like the amish, or travellers, or roma: self-govern. The various officers and agents of corporate 'Governments' of the west are only there as a means of last resort. 'Course what the USFC and the various other rothschild et al entities agents, have been doing, is polluting your bodies so you lack the capability to self-govern, turning people literally into 'insane/wards/incompetent'. And this is a real problem.

Anyway, with Baruch (BARACH OBAMA), they can make anyone they want President. The organization has always been theirs, never ours. It quite clearly states their ability to do anything 'necessary and prudent' in their Constitution, and if it's necessary and prudent for them to have a black president i.e. born on Kenya, then they'll have one. The key thing is, it is dead, we are living. They have their Codes, we have trust. Remember that!
