the last few months i've had not the same dream but the same type of things keep happening in it... its always i'm barefoot and somehow i end up in a forest walking below a clear clean waterfall wading through the water and i look down and i see snakes slithering around my feet red and black ones.. i've had this dream three times now a bit different everytime... this last time i actually picked one of the snakes up and was letting in slither around my shoulders and arms and face... what does this mean... i've looked up a few things but it all says different stuff none of it makes sense...
crystalstarr I bet nothing really makes sense until you dive deeper inside your own self ... as you are your own best interpreter always and all the rest is thought food to help you find what is yours ... and maybe find that you are already there. Imagine you create the dreams as you create the answers and also the questions that sometimes seem to fade again and change like fata morgana along the roads of life. And you wonder what is real, and what is a dream. But the dream itself is not the question so much. In dream you enter a place of love and self healing, to connect to a reality that does not question you even as you touch it with hands and feet and a heart that wants to be set free. The snakes are about the wordless wisdom of all creature living in and around you, and the wonder of being that you all share. I hope this helps you on.
Oh, I use to love to draw pythons in 3rd grade, one page for the head, five for the body and one for the tail My girlfriend ginger would draw red yellow and black coral snakes, they were so vibrant and delicate. I'm feeling a clean free vibe with the shoes off and the pure waterfall, washing away troubles, then the energy starts to rise from the earth. You recognize the consicous energy and it moves snake like playing at your feet. As your doubts are removed and fear eases you start to reach down to interact, allowing your arm to be touched by energy. I love dreams, thank you for sharing. In the Haindl tarot the strength card has a woman on one knee by water lifting a huge snake from the energetic depths of the unconscious. Find your energetic allies and bring the energy up to be able to use it consciously. Bright Blessings & Namaste

galadrial 25-04-2003, 15:26 Originally posted by Hedera So, the knowledge of snakes.... Which would be what, exactly? Anyone have any ideas? This is from Rachel Pollack's descriptions of the snake being held by the woman in Haindl's Strength card: "In India, people describe the kundalini energy within the spine as a coiled serpent...A living snake does not just represent the power of the Goddess, it is that power. And when we find that power within ourselves we discover an identity between ourselves and the serpent. Therefore, the shaman raises her own Strength as she lifts the snake from the pool...The shaman is a healer. She or he does not travel to the Otherworld for pleasure. She does not raise the serpent just for herself. As a healer, she serves the community. This is part of what allows her to tap the energy without being overwhelmed. She does not do it for herself alone." Haindl Tarot:Strength The Symbols Teth, snake; Sigil, S, sun; Leo. The Image The person of Strength is open, without shame. Her strength comes from her unity with Earth and her own divine energy. She is a shaman performing a ritual under the moon, in the woods by a pool of water. By holding up the snake, the shaman connects the above and the below, the sky and the Earth. The snake is green, the color of new life, and its underside is red, the color of energy. The Haindl Tarot weaves a tapestry of haunting beauty from the traditions of Native America, the Holy Grail, the I Ching, Kabbalah and the Norse Runes, and is the deck of choice for mystics and those seeking enlightenment. *I love searching for additional information*
