remember a concert on acid?

could i get acid at a concert, take it, and remember the concert afterwards, or would the whole experience be just based around my trip?

 

yeah, you'll remember the concert. it just won't be the same as remembering a conert sober, but you won't black out or anything like that.

chances are the acid will just make it really intense, and colors and sounds will stand out, but don't worry about "missing" the experience- just understand that it will be a lot different than normal.

i don't know about getting it there, though- i've heard a lot about how easy it is to get LSD at festivals, i'd assuming concerts are similar- i guess it kind of depends on what kind of music is playing.
but i wouldn't count on finding it there- try to get some before you go.

 

First time I saw Garcia it was on 8 hits. His guitar had flames coming from it during crazy fingers, do I remember it? Like it was yesterday.

My first time tripping at a show, was a Dead show as well. There was a glowing halo around Jerry's head the whole second set.

 

the first concert i ever tripped at was tom petty, i don't really remember much. but since then Ive had many memorable trips at concerts.

one of my favorite concerts Ive ever tripped at was a band called ghostland observatory. that was such a great decision.

just make sure your comfortable with the amount your taking, because crowded places, loud music, and crazy lights can become very disorienting.

 

It's amazing. I saw a show in Vegas while frying and remember all these colors from the lasers coming out at me and dancing to the music..each color enhancing the emotional overtones of the songs. The music would change at times too, in unusual ways, sounding a bit distorted...it's great.

 

Pink Floyd live. 13 million dollar lightshow. 5 hits of acid.

Wow, so jealous, I definitely need to take acid at a concert some time.

 

first of all, jerry certainly lives.
second, tripping at shows is a blast, imo one of the best times to trip, live music is ethereal under the influence, it's seriously a whole 'nother ball game at that point.

 

well if i can get tickets im gona trip at a phish concert which will be amazing no matter what even sober. I just remember on shrooms i couldnt remember much of the day and I REALLYY dont want to miss out on phish I NEED to remember this show haha...

I could possibly get some before but we are driving 8 hours down to virgina so i dont know if thats smart.. maybe i could buy some ther?? it is phish...

also- for the people who said that they can remember shows on acid - would you be able to remember them on mushrooms just as well? If not im okay but if so than maybe it affects my memory more than others..

 

shrooms at a club was a blur to me. literally. but i remember the blur... i was fucked on mdma as well.
that being said last time i was at a club on acid and mdma i remember a lot more of what was going on (it wasn't as blurry at the time though).

man never saw Jerry on acid before he died. saw him plenty but was too little to have been eating acid. Seen the the rest of them on it though, last was Bobby.

went to Dark Star Orchestra and tripped pretty hard on some nice lucey the other night, they do a good space jam but it aint the same.

saw Grace Slick on a nice dose a little while ago, she did white rabbit.
