red splotches?

    If I stand for a long time, especially in the shower, I get all these red splotches on the bottom halves of my legs (below the knee). The top halves are fine. Also, when I get really nervous/excited I get red splotches on my chest and where my arms bend. What's that about?

    I do the same thing! I know other people that do as well. My mom said it was really bad when I was a baby. I'd like to know what causes it though. :confused:

    Probably uticaria, or a form of hives. Hot water, exitement, medications ect can cause histamine release in some people and cause these things.
