2 tablepoons bisquick mix 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 3/4 cup buttermilk 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons butter (softened) 1/4 teaspoon dried parley flakes(crushed fine) Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Combine the baking mix, milk and cheddar in a medium bowl. Mix by hand until well combined. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions (about 3 tablespoons each) and spoon onto greased baking sheet. Flatten with fingers. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. In small bowl, combine the butter (softened) and garlic powder. Heat the mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds, then brush a light coat over the tops of each biscuit. Crush the parsley between fingers and sprinkle over biscuits.
Those ARE really good. I made something like them myself just out of experimentation, but I made the biscuit mix myself, and threw in some finely chopped green onions and fresh minced garlic. They turned out pretty darn good!
