PROBABLY YOU HEAR ABOUT MUSHROOMS ONLY THAT IT IS "REALLY SAFE DRUG".
BUT FROM MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE, I AM CONVINCED THAT MAGIC MUSHROOMS
CAN STRONGLY DAMAGE YOUR BRAIN, EXTREMELY HARM YOUR PSYCHICAL HEALTH

i want everybody re-consider very carefully,
if it is worthy to risk to eat these mushrooms,
that you would not suffer from many years lasting psychical
illness and nightmares - which happens to some of mushroom eaters.
i really would be happy if it was not true. but it is more truth than anything else.

such things really happen to some of mushroom eaters.

    It is called predisposition.

If I have a few drinks, I will not turn out to be an alcoholic but a few drinks for someone else, that may be the case.

I think you could find that info yourself.

so let me get this straight.
You are here to warn us of the horrific dangers to our bodies and minds if we consume something that has been consumed by humans for COUNTLESS THOUSANDS OF YEARS.
    LOL

Do you have medical documentation to prove you were "damaged" physiologically by mushrooms?

According to the tons of actual real medical and scientific research compiled over centuries, psilocybin mushrooms are 100% perfectly safe.
In order to have an "overdose" you would need to consume about a pound of dried shrooms, and I doubt anyone is up for that.

Seriously, instead of playing chicken little, why not go and educate yourself on the topic.

yeah, but none of that applies to mushrooms at all.
the OP most likely had a "bad trip" and hasn't yet fully come to terms with what was disclosed and they need to look inside themselves to find re-integration and resolution, but I can guarantee that he was not "damaged" physically by psilocybin mushrooms, but it certainly is easier to blame something or someone rather than looking hard and long into the mirror. ;)

Mushrooms are safer than SSRI's in my experience. Any drug can traumatize and there ages were we can tolerate certain drugs better.

Mushrooms were the least traumatizing bad trips I've had. Mescaline cacti have much longer after effects. Some people take too much lsd and never really are the same. I wouldn't expect to be the same after a trip, but I usually am, just more tolerant.

Someone either had a bad trip and assumes it's always like that for everyone or has only read about mushrooms in a book.

I stopped counting how many of those things I've had many years ago, I've had truckloads of them, and I'm just fine. It's all about state of mind, man, if your shit's broke and you're feeling mighty down, avoid it. If you're alright, smooth goin', and good feeled, do it. It's simple shit, man, everybody knows this.

Science is learning more and more about the psychological healing properties of psychedelic drugs. Even bad trips tend to change a person for the better. Sometimes it takes some powerful changes in a person mind, to see the light at the end of the tunnel.

    hi.

    as i wrote earlier,

SUCH THINGS (SERIOUS MENTAL DAMAGE) REALLY HAPPEN TO SOME OF MUSHROOMS EATERS.

    so now i should add,
THAT MOST OF MUSHROOMS EATERS DON'T FEEL ANY SERIOUS MENTAL DAMAGE.

i didn't read about shrooms in the books, but i am talking from my personal experience,
(this photo of mushrooms i took before i had eaten them) i ate mushrooms myself.
and also i have browsed the internet, and i found many more mushrooms eaters,
who confirm from their experience, that mushrooms can be really dangerous to your psychical health.

A 41 YEAR OLD COLUMBUS, OHIO NATIVE, WHOSE NAME HAS NOT BEEN REPORTED,
RIPPED OFF HIS OWN PENIS DURING A DRUG-HIGH AFTER TAKING MAGIC MUSHROOMS.

According to police, the man was completely stoned when he was found naked,
covered in blood, and screaming outside of Ypsilanti Middle School in Michigan,
and parts of his genitals lay on the ground beside him.
Everything indicated that the man had mutilated his penis with his bare hands.

Sergeant Geoff Fox told the local media:
"The man was kneeling outside the school, bloody from the waist down,
with parts of his genitals ripped off"; "He was doing a lot of yelling and screaming".

Police reported that a lot of what the man was saying wasn't coherent.
Officers subdued the man and took him to Hospital.
Parts of the man's body were transferred to the hospital with him.
"In terms of vital signs, they were as low as they could go without being dead,
I could only assume due to the blood loss and the shock and trauma to the body," Fox said.

When the man was well enough to be interviewed,
he told police he was in the Ypsilanti area visiting friends
and had taken hallucinogenic (or "magic") mushrooms.
He didn't remember much after that, according to police.
“He doesn’t have much recollection about anything that happened,” Fox said.

THE MAN DID NOT HAVE HISTORY OF MENTAL ILLNESS (according to police).

But recognise that it's not that simple, sometimes it can just take ya for a ride through all your own bullshit :)

For instance, I'd be interested in this guys personal background and if the sources are correct and it's not just a load of contrived bullshit(didn't check the other links, not going to), then I'd say there's a good chance of some sexual trauma or incident that he was either subject to or that he himself committed and wasn't expecting or couldn't handle the intensity of a revisited experience.

But, who knows.. let's rather just spout tons of shit about how bad mushrooms are because we were irresponsible or naive about the reality of the psychedelic experience.
