Now I'm not that old yet. But I think that I have lived on this earth just about long enough to see every food, with every ingredient imaginable. Except raw Potatoes. Does anyone know a recipe, a good one (nothing implied by that statement ), that uses raw Potatoes? I'm thinking it'll probably be a salad. And of course Potatoes turn pink very easily. How will you take that into account? Your very own recipe, or someone else's. I don't care. And thank you in advance for your helpful replies. I must not be the only person to wonder this .
Actually I loved them as a kid. And in case you didn't notice , that was the point of my thread. Has it ever been done?
If you wanna eat raw potatoes, just eat it like an apple. But you might want to wash it down with raw eggs and unpasteurized milk, and have hard noodles for dessert
