Real name when placing an order?

Sorry for the stupid questions, but do you guys recommend using a real or fake name when placing an order? Also, what are the best ways to protect myself against a bust when I receive the package?

 

Use a fake name and get it sent to an abandoned building. Then you can use a remote control helicopter to fetch it from the mailbox.

Ive used variations of my name before, but only with research chems, and because my building will reject packages that dont match the tenent name.

 

I've always used my real name, but that's only because I've always lived with someone else when placing an order and I don't want them to open the envelope and see and strange, powdery substance. haha

 

I just recently used my real name on two different orders. I don't think it is a big deal. Most companys comply with LE COMPLETELY so getting your real name off of western union would be to easy for them. Getting a money order requires an ID. Unless you have a fake ID and a hoody then don't bother trying to cover up your track, its hard.

It all depends on how paranoid you are.

 

You don't need to use an ID to send WU unless it is over $999 in USA. You are right though, WU will fully cooperate and they keep video for 6 months, plus keep the form you fill out for several months (which likely has finger prints on it).

 

I've had drugs confiscated while coming through US ports and all that happened was that I got a letter from US Customs saying that they had my drugs. lol The letter also said that I'd have to go to court if I wanted to contest the confiscation, but that's all it said. I wasn't prosecuted, questioned, or even detained. I just got the letter and that was the end of it. That was for diazepam and alprazolam though, which are both scheduled, so it would probably be even less risky with unscheduled research chemicals.

Law enforcement isn't gonna waste their time on such small quantities. I wouldn't worry about taking such precautions, unless you're ordering a noticably large quantity.

The analog act still confuses the shit out of me. It seems like there are so many loopholes in it.

I wonder how many people have actually gotten busted for RC's in the US for personal amounts. I know its happened before. It seems very rare though...

It isn't unusual to get a love letter for your first seizure of schedule III or less, or an analog. Your address is flagged now though and next time you will likely get raided, although I have heard of some people getting two LL no one I know who has gotten two LL to an address has wanted to tempt fate.

And although a LL is more likely for an analog than a raid for the first time, if they do decide to raid it will be charged as a schedule one and carries a hefty prison sentence if they decide to prosecute it.

Although I know someone who got half a key of an analog psychedelic seized and although it was held in customs for like a month they eventually sent it on. I imagine they just couldn't figure out what the hell it was, probably tested it for a variety of drugs and it turned negative so they said fuck it and forwarded it on. When he got it it was horribly repackaged and leaking white powder out of it I guess, plus had customs tape on it. So technically even huge amounts of analogs you could get away with, but the point I stress isn't what is likely but what is possible. Who cares if X many people get away with it, if you don't that is all that should matter to you. and it is quite easy to take precautions to make it essentially impossible to bust you, so might as well take em =).

Actually, after I got the letter, I sent an email to the place I ordered my pills from with a picture of the "love-letter" and they sent my order again, then Customs confiscated it AGAIN and sent me ANOTHER letter. lol I gave up after the second letter, just because it was too much hassle for such a small amount of benzos.

The point is, the fact that they didn't do anything for scheduled drugs leads me to believe that they would do even less for analogs. I could be wrong though.

 

hahahaha That's exactly what both of my letters lookes like, except one of them listed the controlled substance as alprazolam and the second one listed the substance as diazepam.

 

I think it is 50/50 with analogs versus schedule IIIs. A lot a lot a lot of people ordering schedule IIIs are older folks looking for a cheaper source of a drug they are legally prescribed and I think that customs doesn't want to raid dear old grandma because she can save some of her retirement money by getting her medications from Canada instead of the big pharma resellers in her neighborhood.

Grandma still has no business getting psychedelics that no doctor can prescribe.

Something that makes me think this is I know someone who was raided by customs and feds with guns drawn over getting ketamine which is schedule III, but a lot of people get love letters for benzos which are also schedule III. It's cuz grandma shouldn't be sniffing ketamine ;-).

I do know people who have gotten LLs for chems though), but some people also get raided. I think it is sort of up in the air and probably has a lot to do with the area you live at too. Realistically the chances of a pack with chems in it being intercepted are next to none. And the chances of being prosecuted getting a chem pack on the slim chance it is intercepted are next to none. But I think the tide is changing and I expect a fairly large operation is right around the corner. Will it only target illegals or will it leak over to analogs? That is something only LE knows. The fact of the matter is the illegals scene and the analog scene are essentially the same scene these days. I know I wouldn't want to risk it either way unless I was taking every possible security precaution though.

Also, even if you are not busted by cops, there are scammers out there and black mailers out there who will threaten you with your private information and try and get you to infiltrate legitimate forums for them or black mail you for money not to spam your address and name on LE forums and usenet. For most people maybe you don't care to much if your details are spammed on usenet, but if you ever plan to get more involved with the scene keep in mind that mistakes you make as a beginner could quite easily come back to bite you in the ass.

 

ALL of that sounds completely plausible. I wouldn't put anything past the LEO's, these days. I don't see a tiny envelope containing 250-500mg of powder attracting enough attention to get me raided, but I could be wrong. Hell, I've received marijuana, alprazolam, diazepam, LSD, and a few different RC's in the mail with no problems, and I've mailed a few things too. I know bad stuff happens when people press their luck though, so who knows what'll happen in the future. lol

 

Don't get me wrong I have gotten my fair share of shit, some more sketchy than others, and have had 0 interceptions and 0 love letters over the past six years. I have also known or read about a handful of people who got busted. It is safe to say the chances of getting busted are quite slim in a historical context. It is also safe to say that of everyone who got busted, they all got busted because they didn't take security precautions. And it is also very safe to say the reason only a handful of people have been busted is because a major operation hasn't hit the recreational scene post webtryp. Up to the massive steroid bust only a handful of steroid people had been busted as well.

I will stop drilling security here because I hate to go on and on like a broken record and I think I have put all the information that needs to be out there out there (although I will still answer questions in threads if they are asked). Just because someone parachutes fifty times doesn't mean the 51st time their parachute wont have a malfunction, and its only the time it doesn't work that matters. It is best to have a backup chute is pretty much all I like for people to know.

People in the UK a few dozen have been busted for getting extremely small amounts of analogs. USA there was a dude that got raided for 2c-i but he had kilos of it. Plus the webtryp vendors got raided but they were vendors. I have heard of people busted with 4-aco-dmt and charged with it, but it wasn't in the mail it was already in their possession and they had other drugs. Some people who ordered personal use amounts of analogs from a certain japanese vendor (Who also carried scheduled analogs) got visits from the DEA but as far as I know no charges were pressed, and it was a knock not a kick. Some customers who ordered from webtryp vendors in USA got visits from DEA and USPI and from what I can gather they said no charges would be pressed but asked them to testify against the vendors, I am assuming most of them said they would cooperate if it went to court. I heard of a dude who got busted with ~100 grams of DOC but he got a minimal sentence with a plea bargain because they didn't feel like prosecuting an analog case.

For any drug the smallest amount I have heard someone getting raided for was something like five grams of ketamine. Also know people who were raided getting LSD vials, GHB, steroids, weed, oxycontin and other drugs.

So yeah chances of getting raided getting ANYTHING are very minimal if looked at in a historical context (I know people who have gotten heroin, coke, mdma, ketamine etc, with no problems what-so-ever.....does that make it safe?).... and really the only difference between that and getting analogs from China or resellers is that the analogs are only illegal if they DECIDE to prosecute them.), but when busts come they will be bringing a large amount of people down at once, same way as what happened with the steroid peoplein raw deal.

Maybe people getting chems don't have much to worry about, but I know for sure I wouldn't test my luck unless I was taking security precautions.... really people getting coke/heroin/mdma/weed etc don't have much to worry about either if it is looked at in a historical context (for every pack seized thousands make it)....and I wouldn't risk that with out security precautions either.

I don't see LE not picking low hanging fruit when it is so easy and would make such big headlines.

A few things I'm thinking of...

If an online vendor was to ever get shut down like what happened in webtryp..would the customers of the source be sought to? Were they during webtryp?

If an analog is tried as a schedule I would that substance be tried the same way the schedule I chemical would be. For example if someone is caught with a gram or more of MDMA there are serious consequences. So if methylone is tried as a schedule I would it be based on the same amount of weight?
