reading festival

hi ho everybody...i'm a little bit worried, cos i got a reading ticket under the impression all my friends were. but they didn't. so i'm going on my lonesome! its my first time going and i dont know anything about where to go or how it even works etc and i dont really wanna turn up on the day and hope it all turns out fine. cos it never does. so could anyone tell me how the whole thing works, where to go when i get there etc? thanks loooads.

hm. that probably would have gone better under the festivals thread. stupid me.

 

from the train station, the festival is a short walk away, you go out the back entrance of the station to get there...or else you walk around the front..follow the festival looking people..tis best to get there earyl so you can find a good place to pitch your tent.

Yeah man, oh don't bring a crate of bottles, or the security barstewards will make you down the lot before the'll let you in, try & head to the Brown feilds if you can, there's plenty of wood there for fires n stuff, also a good walkthrough point for everyone.
