I suppose I'll reintroduce myself. My name is stoneyfreak, funny since I no longer use cannabis, but I can't give up the legacy. It's been quite some time since I've been around here. A lot has changed. I've been a member since the old days, circa 99 or 2000 ish. Back before membership was a thing. Good to see some familiar faces still around. I will say though that random thoughts has gotten boring as shit since I left. Such a shame.

 

Yeah RTs used to have an edge about it, it had a philosophy.

Any new posters were treated with suspicion and generally ignored. - the good ole days

 

Duncan here. Member since May 7, 2004. Back in the day, HipForums had email capability. How hip is that? It was part of the HipPlanet. Anyway, I'm a GWM living in California. I work as a nurse for the federal government, live with two straight guys, a dog, a cat, and a sourdough starter that has no name. I'm up for taking suggestions.
I do answer personal messages. I have a habit of ignoring people who are obnoxious or sarcastic towards my posts or feelings.

Yes Oaffie was from Aussie and yeah had a thing with SydBurnz. She was a regular on the hippy chat years ago.

 

i figured that was it. i'm pretty good at remembering usernames, so if there was someone who people consider a "regular" whose name i don't recognize, it usually ends up being someone that only went to the chat room.
