I feel like I am at this stage where I need to re-define myself or find myself a again. Somehow all the crap of life has kind of muddled everything down.

i`ve found that a long soak in comfortably temperatured water can be nice. & nicer w/ bubbles. perhaps candles too. tho i haven`t done this in a long while.

I think it's a feeling we all get from time to time - I certainly do. Getting back to your roots - to who you really are inside.

How to do it? I guess there's various ways, and it depends on the kind of person you are.
Generally deep reflection is the thing - so any activity (or lack of it) that helps you in that would be good. Getting out to wild places can also sometimes be very good - reconnecting with nature and all that...

when nomadic, warmer weather allows one to carry less clothes, & they dry quicker outside.

The whole getting back to nature thing is a good idea. I remember a time when it felt like my entire life had been thrown in a blender. I was camping with my parents at a lake, across the lake was a massive forest with no people or roads. I kayaked across the lake, hiked up into the forest and sat in silence for several hours. Ever since that day my outlook on life has been completely different.
