such a great book, i dont really know where to start with it its a satirical novel on philosophies of life and finding happiness. prince rasselas escapes the 'happy valley' hes always lived in to experience life and to discover the best way to go about finding happiness. but does he really find it?? ah well, thats up to you to answer. well i dont think he does...but then again i dont think happiness can truly exist, and i think he proves that. we're never satisfied! the writting is really brilliant, and i found that i could relate to the ups and downs he faces in trying to figure out what lifes about. so give it a read, itll get ya thinking....
