You ever search a favorite group, click on a video with an unfamiliar album cover, and find yourself going "what the fuck?" I say this of course with a few bands in mind, the main one being Incubus.

Even if you don't like their popluar stuff, you're sure to find something you do like in the myriad of styles they go through and mash-up. They've pretty much covered it all - really well.

    jazzy funky

heavier than you might expect. Great lyrics too. Goes right along with the Hippie mindset.

    more jazzy funky heavy

here they are getting crazy tribal

did you know they did some music for Halo?

Danny Elfman's and Oingo Boingo's first performance film, in the Mystic Knights days before the rock band.

Recently stumbled into the world of Danny Elfman. From this to later Oingo Boingo to the Simpsons to Nightmare before Christmas to countless movie scores, if Dave Grohl isn't Satan, then Danny Elfman is.

Journey before they went Pop Rock...

AFI when they still represented Hardcore... ( I actually went WTF? when they started releasing Emo stuff cause I discovered them prior to their major label releases)

I wouldn't claim they were groundbreaking but I can't really think of anyone else who sound like them at the time. They have a distinct sound, keeping in mind most of the Key Members were in Santana ;)

The guitar is pretty impressive, but aside from that, I just hear a blander Iron Butterfly.

Say hello to Satan, voiced by Dave Grohl.
