Well, I had this great idea on how to end female rape as we know it, besides abstinence.

You see, I've developed a VERY SPECIAL clown suit, that when whenceforth hereforth forewarning is WORN by a woman, it will deter ANY male from raping her.

WELL, you my be wondering, DEAR READER, what about the OTHER clowns who try to rape the girls dressed as clowns? WELL, I also offer a Cowboy suit to wear over the clown suit. Clowns will never rape a girl dressed as a clown dressed as a cowboy.

BUT WAIT! What about the Clowns dressed as Cowboys that rape the GIRLS dressed as clowns dressed as Cowboys? WELL, I also offer women the protection of Skeleton Wizard suit to wear over their cowboy suits that they wear over their clown suits.

All I have to say about a rape is that anyone convicted of rape should be castrated. Period. I guarantee that will lower that crime rate by half in less than a year. And half again the following year. I am not talking about chemical castration either I am talking about some guy with an ax, a stump and a willingness to reduce the male population.
