    This is ridiculous. Rap is music like anything else. There are many different kinds of rap/hip-hop. Perhaps you should listen to some underground/non-mainstream to get a feel for some really good rap and/or hip-hop. For an accessible mainstream-ish, try some older Common. He has a really nice flow and smart lyrics.

    better than that rap does exist you just have to look for it.

    I personally like Outkast. Those guys are intelligent, and they can bust a flow, it's superb!

    Rap isn't. But hip hop is a real art form from the streets. And it includes MC'ing, graffiti and break-dancing. It's bonafide genius! :rolleyes:

    Haha Control Machete, I didnt expect to see that around here ever.

    I think my favorite rap artist in Spanish are Los Violadores del Verso, they have a super strong Spanish accent, but they have a great vocabulary, although it kinda means nothing if you dont know Spanish.

    I just saw a video from them for the first time, they didnt have my favorite song, but I like this one too

    They are not very known, but they have become more popular. They even went to DR a couple months ago.
