I'm sick of news anchors offering opinions on things. They need to just stick to delivering the news as objectively as they can. Yes, TV news is all biased one way or the other. I accept that. But I don't need the guy to deliver a story on a brutal murder, and then they open up the shot to show his female co-anchor and she shakes her head and says something stupid like, "Wow, that is...that is just shocking." Shut the fuck up. And when the anchor thanks the reporter and they cut back to the reporter and half the time they're obviously confused, not expecting to have be like, "Uh, you're, um, like welcome and stuff." We don't need a fuckin' round of thanks after every report. The reporter ends his story. The anchor moves on. What's this thanking shit? Just do your job and give me the news.
They don't care riptiderevolucion , they just read the autocue and then go home. It does piss me off as well. i have just stoped watching most of it now... what pisses me off even more about our news over here is the way they have the same political pundits (saying the same shit) the same tabloid speculation and tone, and then claim to be above that (especialy the BBC and ITV) The BBC has the oportunity and PSB remit to supposedly inform and educate ..bollocks.
