It's a rainy weekend here. It rained out the ballgames/tournaments for the grandkids. There have been mildish thunderstorms all morning...made for great sleeping.

i was supposed to go to wasaga.. but probably go next week instead..

i really want some caramel coated popcorn for some reason.. lol

 

This morning was pretty nice but clouds are coming in for an evening of rain and thunderstorms. Maybe it will wash my dirty car.

So my husband told me he wants to go panning for gold in the Indian river with the little ones.
I'm all for it.
Besides, then my kids'll have memories of panning for gold with dad - that's awesome...

 

Gold's down this week. Pan for Platinum its got more value atm.

 

better tell him to register a claim and get a prospectors license first (if he doesnt have it already)

 

I dont think there is much gold to be found in florida. other than lost treasures..

 

My pastor wants to take me out to lunch this week. Not sure why.

me: I reserved the room before I checked out last week/even got a discount quote from the manager because expedia lied to me about the room, etc.

desk: sorry sir, that room has been reserved. Mr. Parker is set for that room tonight, sir.

me: @##$&*^% two hour drive *&^% WTF, etc,etc. /where's the manager.. :toetap05:

RF 2: I'm in my room now.

I just hope this Parker chap doesn't show up tonight and get as mad as I was, lol, maybe kick my door in or something.

RF 3: The two beers I left in the fridge last week are still there.

I LOVE a true story with a good ending.

rf: It is a dang bad thing to have to get furious and show az to get something accomplished that should happen with ease!

I know people that have found out that if they flipped out on their cell phone providers or insurance they got the service they should have gotten when they were nice...but got NO response.
