My dog snapped at my sister yesterday and nipped her face. He didn't break skin or anything, but still troubling. He has never been aggressive at all before.

 

I may buy three lambs… I haven't decided yet I'm still researching… I haven't checked into how much do freaking feed is… i'm just want to get my dog some more company besides the hand… And you never want to play LOL and lambs is not a 10 year commitment like a dog… Lambs I get sick of them can sell him in a month

Thanks for clearing that up. I was trying to figure out where you kept the hand that was company for your dog.

 

There's a cold snap going on here this morning. My heater is set to 75 F and it's been running non-stop for hours.

And no, I'm not gonna turn the heater off and put a big pile of clothes on. That would be uncivilized.

 

This may or may not make you feel any better (and I'm no expert on dogs so I could be wrong) but I've heard that dogs nip their pups and other dogs on the face as a way of communicating. The person or dog being nipped crossed a line and made the dog uncomfortable or nervous. I've also read than numerous things that dogs do that people think are cute are actually signals of nervousness. Why do kids usually get nipped on the face? Because they put their face in the dogs face...not the other way around. I mean that in the best way possible. Maybe the dog is fine and it's your sister who should give the dog a little space.

I have a friend who thinks that every time you tell Siri that you want to stab her in the neck it goes to a databank and get shaved up so they can use it as evidence against you some day when you actually do stab someone in the neck

 

So consequently he is very polite to his Siri whereas I am often telling my version of Siri to various ways in which I'd like to murder her forgetting stuff wrong

I don't think I'm having the flu since I woke up no worse. I slept for 14 hours which is unheard of but I had missed some sleep during the week.

I was just chilling all day with no fever. I had read that could be a pre-cursor to the flu.

Apparently, I'm just wonky.

 

This is the time of year where they run all the different various shows about the year in review or The year in retrospect… Remind me of what a shitty year it actually was

 

Cutting and splitting wood today.... until the rain starts.

 

Turn off the heater and put on more clothes... Fuck civilization.

My daughter got me some faerie stuff for xmas. She bought an antique, from a house built in 1910. It's a handmade "Leave A Note" box with a beautiful little door made from scrap wood and moldings. I'm not sure she even knows what its original purpose was. I'll have to tell her about it when I get a chance. My grandparents had one but it was bought at a souvenir shop...one of those cedar things they have a million of.

She also bought a little faerie lantern that she wrapped onto a shepherd's hook she made. There are some other little lights to hang; some fencing that could also be used for a bridge; some stepping stones, etc.

I'll hang the antique door inside somewhere. I don't want it to be destroyed by the elements outside; which means I need to make another faerie door to put outside.

It's all really cute and the sweetest thing is how excited she was about giving it to me.

 

This is my reserve... No I don't have any other than what I've been working on these last few days.
