Stan's nephew got a hold of the company for Kia to find out exactly what was wrong and told Stan he will do the job for $500.00 which is mainly for parts....of course, Stan will give him more for his time...as he always does.....but if the light goes on again and this does not work...i don't know what then....but if the light is off, I told Stan to get it inspected immediately so we have another year , at least with the car.....

Stan took the car out today thinking he was going to bring it to his nephew's after the game today, but the parts his nephew ordered will not be in until next week, so....

Stan did not close the trunk very securely, and started to drive home and the shut trunk light came on.....so Stan stopped the car to slam the trunk and all the lights went off.....no check engine light on anymore....

but he will proceed to do everything next week his nephew anyway....

I never hear these kinds of stories from anyone else. Are we the only ones cursed with every check light story there is? :D

I saw an old car on the road last week from the 50's or 60's , and thought...how come those cars are still on the road?....Are these computers now put in cars to make people buy a new one every 10 years or something?

i shampooed my car seats today

did the door panels too and the uncommon parts like dasha nd steering wheel....dirtiest thing was the turn signal stick

sounds like a big job but theres only 2 seats

next time into town ill probably go to the self serve car wash and give it a good outside clean and use their big vacuum to clean the floor...my upholstery cleaner doesnt work too good on sucking up the floors

    I need a haircut.

It's shoulder length all a sudden,.

too long in this heat. If I get it cut now, it will be perfect in 2 months....so I may call my person and see if they are there today.

i need to trim my face hair down

did my eyebrows last night with scissors because a few of them would hang down over my view and it was starting to bug me

just had lunch in town and ran some errands to pick up parts...at my favourite place to sit and eat there was some crew there offering expensive rides on some hover system thing that hooks up to your feet and powered by a jetski,,,,it looked fun for the first few minutes but i imagine it would get awful boring quick

Holy crap....someone asked me a favor to watch their puggle here for 3 hours...and Newman is here, and I have been trying to orchestrate(without ever meeting him before) between one scared Newman and 4 excited pugs who are overwhelming him......things are a little calmer now, finally..
Newman is 11, so I have to really watch out for him to not being overwhelmed the whole time, I guess.....fun.
Newman is trying to take shelter here under my desk and I have to keep scolding the pugs to back off......my pugs are terrible in some ways....

Newman is still here.......and he is a very nice dog, so you can see what a pug/beagle mix looks like. he is a little bigger than the pugs here. I took him for a walk....fed him turkey, and he went bananas for that. I have a new friend..... :D,,,,,,,,,all the dogs seem to be calmer now...but I had to send Winni upstairs, as she was riling things up here and got the others going too much...so poor Winni is upstairs with Sully now.....as she has been exiled...... :D

owners just came back for Newman....so all is normal again....Nice people...

and here is also a photo of the deer and baby I saw on the property last week....
