We're supposed to get 2-3 inches of snow tonight. I'm ready for spring and the temps have been very nice lately. Even if it snows.....it will probably be gone quickly. It's been in the 50's lately.

 

The earliest bulb flowers to show up, called "snow drops" have started blooming here... I've got some Daffodils that are out of the ground about 3-4 inches too. Stuff thinks it's time.


There was a large bird soaring around today too... Looked like a Buzzard, but they usually come back in groups of 3-4 and it's a little early for them... but who knows. Didn't look like the hawk.

It was 70 degrees here today. The bees and wasps are out.

 

You guys should see how stinkin' funny this new little dog is. He tries to convince the other dog to play with him and get super excited. He has no traction on the wood floor so when he runs his feet slip and his legs are moving about 3 times as fast as he's actually moving....then he slides around turns and corners.

I don't think I'm going to call him Cracker though.

At least he only slips when he's trying to run. He's fine when walking. The other dog usually doesn't have any problems with the floor.

 

looks like a road trip is a go for tomorrow

my dogs nails left dimples in the hardwood on the small section between the linoleum and where the carpet started...its my favourite part of the floor

going to take vicious dog to the groomers for nails a little later.

 

speaking of vicious dogs, Buddy was attacked by another dog yesterday.
We were taking our walk at the park and following Buddy's routine, one lap 3/4 around the park then cut past the picnic tables to see the ducks in the pool.
So we start heading over to the see the duckies and there is a lady sitting at a table with some little "rat dog" on one of those damn "reel type" elastic leashes (useless things). So this little dog starts going all crazy barking at Buddy and I tell him to ignore it and keep walking to the pool and he is obeying, his head turned all the way around so he can see the dog, but his feet are moving in the direction I want, so we are doing good.
Then some other guy walks by on our right with a little beagle puppy, GREAT! The whole time this other little shit dog is making a huge scene and Buddy is really trying his best to ignore everything.
Did I mention that the whole time the fat bitch was just watching and half-assed telling her dog to stop.
Then I hear something hit the ground behind me.....the idiot dropped the leash........
so this little rat dog comes charging at Buddy and tries to bite at him.
at this point Buddy has had enough and goes for the big chomp!
thank goodness I have him on a harness because at the last second I picked Buddy up just as his jaws went SLAM!!! about an inch from the dogs head ! :yikes:
So here I am, holding a 90lb dog in the air while a little rat dog is circling us nipping and barking and Buddy is trying to get at him and this fat bitch is slowly meandering over to get her dog.
I yell at her "I'm doing all I can here ya know!! can't you reel him in or something!!!"
stupid cow mumbled something and got her dog and I got Buddy calmed down and we went and looked at the ducks and I praised him and hugged him because until that little shit charged him, he was handling it pretty good.

Luckily the guy with the beagle stopped and waited until all the drama died down.


Stupid fucks!! and if Buddy killed the little mutt I'm sure it would be a big deal because of the breed of dog Buddy is, never mind that he is very well trained and in a harness while other folks let their dogs do whatever the fuck the dog wants!!!

sorry, it really pisses me off.

seen a gunmetal/black 2016 mustang today...and as much as i hate fords i have to say that was one sweet looking car

 

I saw a few sweet Mustangs while looking at cars online. They wouldn't be my first choice but they were nice.

I also saw a loaded Nissan 370Z that was bad-fucking-ass! I showed it to my wife and she thought it was awesome but said "I just don't know if that is the right car for us right now". I told her to speak for herself....I have no problem with that car at all. I put my foot down!!.....which means it's not the right car for us right now and we aren't getting one.

 

They Are Starting To Appear On Australian Roads As It Is The First Mustang To Be Produced In Right Hand Drive.

The Local Dealership Has Orders For 60 And The Backlog For A New Order Is Late 2017 For Delivery.
