dice 3 whole tomatoes 2 cups kidney beans 1 tble spoon rosemary 2" sliced ginger root 4 medium sections of garlic clove 1 teaspoon tumeric 1 teaspoon cumin Cayenne pepper to taste 4 whole bay leaves Leave everything whole and place in a pot. Cook for at least 2 hours. May require some added water in the beginning. When it's ready everything will have cooked down, and it will turn from a red color to a yellow-ish color. Freely add other beans, veggies, etc. I've added sliced carrots with good results too. Pick out the whole spices (ginger, garlic, bay leaves) before serving. Serve with rice.
