I love the way grass smells after the rain I love the quiet that surrounds you in the fog I love to sit by a river I love Pubs I love to look down off a mountain I love the way real friends never judge but will be honest if you ask I love the way my Grandson Nods with all his body when I say " do you want " I love all kinds of people
Pineapple pizza Grape soda That first smell of sea air on your drive to the beach First bite into an apple My spouse's imperfections The squeak of shoes on a basketball court Warm sunshine on cold damp skin Surprise flowers First bite into a meal you've spent hours preparing and finally, A three-foot high point break wave coming in diagonal to the beach, slight onshore breeze stalling it, slowing down, giving you a long and slow ride--owning the deck, walking the nose and hanging five toes or even hanging ten, cross-stepping back to the tail, dancing with the wave...making love to it.
Being deep in the country miles away from anything but farmland and trees - went to visit a friend on his newly purchased land last week and realized how good being away from civilization is for my soul When music just hits you right in the feels and makes you cry pure unapologetic tears Old worn in friendships Spring and the blooming of new life Chilly autumn rain and gloomy, overcast days Floating down a river on a kayak Going on a long meandering bike ride - bicycle or motorcycle will suffice Adventuring to a new place
I like when the dj slides the fader on his tables and the beat is matched so perfectly that two songs melt into one! (as in house music)
spring days and prostrate ceder. wild creatures that act almost tame, but remain feral and independent. any place you can sit where you can't see pavement and no one bothers you. anyplace you can sit where you can't hear the sound of anything that sounds like a human voice. trains going by but no cars. the sound of electric motors the sounds of nothing but wind, water and non-human creatures. strange sounds you can't identify the universal wonder of strangeness. the green color called avacado, the orange color called pumpkin or omaha, the brown color called sienna, terra cotta, or box car red. any photograph or painting in which there is no color red, not automobile or pavement, and no human people either, but it can have almost anything else in it. small buildings with no rectangular parts, and either solar roofs or living roofs. caves and trees. most things small and strange.
To feel the goodness glowing inside To walk down a street with my arms about your hips, side by side To play with a sad eyed child till he smiles To look at a starry sky at night, realize the miles To see the sun set behind the steeple Clontarf castle, no king, queen or knightly people A coal fire and it's pouring rain To wave goodbye to a very good friend, never meet again Little thoughts bring little memories of you to me
