http://www.welcomehere.org is a good website to check. If you click on the news section you can find out the latest info on nationals. Right now, all that is known is that it will be in Washington state around july 1st-4th. There is also seed camp and clean-up before and after. The exact location will be decided after the area is scouted out, I think there are some counsels that discus and decide all this. I'm kind of new, but I believe you can find out where it is and whatnot about a month before it actually starts. I know last year there were gps coordinates for the exact location of main meadow about 2 weeks before july 4th.
