Radovan Karadzic former leader of the Bosnian Serbs has been found guilty of genocide and war crimes including the 1995 Sebrenica massacre. He tried to claim that the orchestrated killings were the work of rogue individuals but has been found guilty after an 8 year trial at the Hague.

He was in hiding for many years. Wasn't caught until 2008. The trial lasted 8 years.

I expect General Mladic will be joining his former leader behind bars very soon.

It's taken time, but worth it.

They say history is written by the victors.
So I suppose justice is penned them too.

The Hague isn't a real court for human rights. Its merely a NATO court ie a total contradiction in terms!
Karadzic probably isn't another Mother Teresa. Nor was any soldier in this conflict. And his dispute wasn't exactly with the Easter Bunny and Santa's elves in this case.

I haven't looked at the evidential details of this case.
But does this mean the following will be tried too:-

Blair and Bush - genocide in Iraq and Afghanistan - well over a million murdered if you include the depleted uranium cancer deaths that will result.
Blair and Clinton indiscriminate bombing of Serbia esp with carcinogenic depleted uranium.
    Bush snr creating Al Qaeda.
MI5 and the CIA for agitating and indeed creating the Balkans wars esp with Islamist terrorists from Bosnia, Albania etc. (The sort Karadzic wanted to stamp out!)
Obama and Cameron creating ISIS and destroying Syria, Libya etc
McCain, Obama and co for installing Nazis to commit war crimes in the Donbass.
Hundreds of other similar cases dating back to WW2, Vietnam, Central America etc etc.

Justice without consistency is no justice at all. Infact its a load of propagandist shite.

^ I agree that Bush, Blair and Co should all face some kind of sanctions. The trouble is who is going to put them on trial?

We probably need international law with more teeth than it has now before anything like that could happen.

On the other hand, I'm not at all sorry to see Karadzic found guilty, and the fact that other war criminals get away with it although deplorable doesn't excuse him or his cronies.

In some cases this rings true but here it does not. Just because Obama doesn't get trialed for creating ISIS (LOL, yes I took the most ridicilous example from your post) this case (and the entire court in the Hague on itself) is not legit, not justified and a load of propaganda? Nuance and discernment is everything. If you don't use it I can see how it makes sense in your head though.
