i smoked my last cig this morning. i had a realization
everyone knows that smoking cigs decrease the amount of air you cna draw into your lungs. so if i quit smoking and start doing cardiovascualar works outs and regain my lung space then thats more weed smoke to fill my new lungs with!!! goin cold turkey as of today!

Congratulations man! I never started the stuff. Just being around it makes me nauseous and dizzy. I can't drink, either, though. I'm straight besides the pot. My dad told me he just stopped smoking a week ago and hasn't smoked since, so you're on the same page! You should start working out, it's a really great high if you do it correctly, and, you'll look good naked, can't go wrong with that! lol

Go for it, I quit a little over a year ago and apart from some extra weight I've never felt better and those pure weed joints taste mighty fine :)
