    i just recently discovered them, and they're pretty awesome, i love The Fool, and What About Me?

    they played with the dead a lot in the 60s. i remember reading in Phils book that they played a festival called "The Quick and The Dead". damn, those hippies were full of wit

    i've also been diggin Calvary, which apparently was the end result of an acid trip in a studio

    I just totally resurrected this thread, but for good cause

    I myself am just getting into them and I am blown the fuck away.......I mean......Im listening to some live recordings of them from '66... cannot get enough.

    Really, really underrated...they should be up there with the Dead and Airplane.....

    Cippolina made that band, check when he comes out on closing of winterland during not fade away... one of my favorite guitarists.
