not necessarily. Sometimes it's just more comfortable, cooler, or hte only clean clothes you have left. Depends on how you carry yourself, whether or not you flirt, while wearing "tight clothes". The intent behind wearing tight clothes, not just the clothes themselves.
LoL, I always have to stiffle a laugh when I see someone who has obviously "forced" themselves into clothes that are waaay too tight. Not only does it not look sexy -- it looks rather uncomfortable and awkward.
