Hey everyone, just wondering if anyone out there has any resources they could point me to re: a quick yoga routine for exercise/health? I'm looking for something I can do daily, that keeps me loose, fit, improves posture, and keeps me mentally sharp. Looking for something that's like 30 minutes ideally.
