Quick mushroom harvesting question

I am new to growing mushrooms and just started picking my first batch. I know you are suppose to pick them when the veil breaks but what do you do when one mushroom is done growing and the veil has broke but, there is another mushrooms that the veil has not broke yet and it probally wont for a few days connected to the one that is done. Should i just pick it or should i wait til the veil breaks on the second shroom?

 

Depends how your drying them. If you have the mycogarden or a similar product then you may want to wait just a little while to dry them all at once. If not, then just pick it now and dry it and dry the other one later.
