It's not invisible tax, you pay directly into Alberta health care, billed monthly or yearly. If you're not on Alberta HC and you're hospitalized - big freakn' bill. $$ And a good deal of things aren't covered like they are in Ont so those of a fragile state also have to pay into Alberta Blue Cross on top of basic HC to cover their asses. Seeing as Ontario is now a 'have not' province, I wouldn't whinge too much. Y'all need our nouveau rich asses. And Newfie money too now that they are a 'have'...which I love 'cause Ontarians used to always bitch about the 'welfare' provinces - and now they are one. :reddevil: Actually the only really good thing about Alberta is the climate. Seriously. I think I wanna start summering in BC and wintering in AB.
