I have tried nutmeg once before I snorted a line of it. It didnt do anything is it be cuz I need to take in more? What I am getting at is what does it do and how do you take it? Malcolm X did it why can't I.
You dont snort it, you eat it. And you dont use the powdered nutmeg you get from the store, it doesnt work. You have to buy whole nuts and grind them yourself.
The essential oil of nutmeg Myristicin is itself very similar in structure to MMDA Some like it and some not so much. the best way to take it for me was mix it in milk.
buy fresh, whole nutmegs and take one and a half for your first time. i actually really enjoying taking two whole nutmegs (usually like 8 grams or so). i don't do it often but every now and then it can be kinda fun. just don't taske too much or it'l be shitty. and yeah the best way to do it is to mix it with milk.

I read on erowid that the dosage is like 1g for every pound you weigh so I would have to eat 150g which would be crazy i will probable just do what you did cherokeemist
nooooo it's one gram for every TEN pounds... 150g would kill you. even 1g per 10lbs seems like it would be overdoing it... nutmeg is nice at lowish doses. i find it perfect at around 8 grams and i weigh 120 pounds... anyway, you may find it to be different, but starting low is usually a good idea.
i've done it several times and liked it...although it's admittedly a harsh high...after a couple times i learned these tricks : (first off, i only used the powder spice-so i dont know if fresh ground is any better)#1.you need at least a couple of HEAPING tablespoons #2.it takes a while to digest it...so if you dont want to trip for days,take it when your metabolism is fast(early in the day after good sleep)...and do'nt have other foods in your gut,especially FATS...that includes fatty drinks like whole milk...I've used skim milk,grape juice,water...#3. even if you do these things it will still take 2-5 hours to kick in, and 48 hours to wear off....and even though its a harsh high...its still a very interesting weekend adventure...BAD cottonmouth though...and i got little paranoid walking around town , but then my buddy goes: "Do'nt worry, what're the cops gonna' do?...pull a gun on us, ALLRIGHT PUNKS! SLOWLY STEP AWAY FROM THE SPICES!!!"...my face hurt from smiling after he said that.
