If someone takes acid and it only lasts about 6 hours, does that mean it wasn't real? Does real LSD always last at least 8 hours?
If the dose was quite low, I would imagine that it's possible for the effects to be just about gone by 6 hours. The only non-LSD psychedelics that I have heard of that are sold on blotter paper last longer than LSD, so I don't know what it would have been other than LSD.
acid comes in different strengths and sizes. On the ammount of dose or how well the acid was stored. Acid does not have a set duration time...
well my friend dropped four hits and it only lasted about 6 hours or so...i thought this was quite strange. he said he was tripping balls too lol
yea, on halloween i took one hit and I was tripping for 14 hours, of course, that was super dose, YEEEEEHAAAAAWWWWW!
Sometimes it can feel like your not tripping anymore at about that time. the visuals might be gone and your coming back to reality but your head is very much still under the influence. Doesnt sound right that four tabs could wear off after 6 hours even if they were weak. That would usually be an 8 - 12 hour dose.

Remember that some of us consider ourselves tripping if we can sense something, some of us consider ourselves tripping when we can sense specific qualities of the drug, some of us consider ourselves tripping if we are not sober enough for some activity or thought tast, some of us consider ourselves tripping if our mind is warped to the point of confusion. Some of us consider ourselves tripping only when a trip is really noticable. I dont know if it as a conventiona of language, if it is a matter of some people having less introspection/self awareness, or if people honeslty come down that much faster than others. But if he was totally sober by 6 hour markk then that is some really weird acid. Trip should trail off for over 8 hours, even if you dont feel 'TRIPPIN OUT' by hour 6. Also, acid comes in waves and when you start coming down, a wave might drop off and you think you are fine, but then the wave comes back. If you think you are fine you might not even notice it amongst everythign else happening, so you would have said your trip ended when that wave went down. But the trip only ends when the waves trully stop coming, and you get some sleep, basically
Yeah i never consider a trip finished until ive slept. even when i dont sleep for a day or two afterward my head still isnt completely out of the trip.
It doesnt really mean anything. The last time my girlfriend and I ate acid we ate 3 hits and were wide awake for nearly 20 hours, tripping hard for around 12 of them and then just unable to sleep for the rest, while our 2 friends were alseep in less than 10 hours, didnt even seem high after 8 and the other kid who ate 6 was driving around to find a store with us after 6 or 7 hours. I dont know hes weird though, acid only lasts a little while for him and magic mushrooms never work, so hes kind of a special case lol
It could have been pretty much anything. Any RC in powder form could be made into a liquid and put on a tab. If they did four hits then one possibility is it was a 2C-X, their duration is mostly 4-6 hours, or it could have just been really low quality acid.
