I have been utilizing supercroping on several of my healthier clones and am getting good results as far as bushing out, what about when flowering is it good or bad to supercrop during budding? And still wondering if its a good idea or if it will even work to order seeds from a canadian seed bank? As always thanks for your help in advance.

When plants start to flower stop training and let them grow.
Not sure about Canadian seedbanks I always use Dutch or English ones.
